QUALITY ASSURANCE
ACEMCO INTERNATIONAL OIL SERVICES LIMITED as well as authority and key personnel are established in the manual where basic criteria, additional prescriptions and recommendations are also established to meet quality level requirements for each activity.
Such criteria, prescription and recommendations are reflected by the applicable procedures which govern the performance of activities and relevant controls, in compliance with contract specification and requirements
The following quality assurance produce are strictly complied with;
- Procedure for detailed design
- Procedure for materials procurement/control
- Fabrication specification and welders Qualification
- Non- Destructive testing procedure, Specimen of NDT Inspection Report Forms
HEALTH
We maintain a retainer clinic (Estate specialist clinic) where physical examination or referrals are done for our workers in order to ensure they are hail and healthy at all times, Drugs, alcohol intake and smoking are strictly prohibited in ACEMCO INTERNATIONAL. So, our workers are not under the influence of drug or alcohol. These translated to accident-free
COMMUNITY AFAIRS AND SECURITY
We are sincerely sensitive to the needs and concerns of host communities within our financial limits.
We do not engage in any activity that is identified hazardous, unsafe and unhealthy or has adverse environmental effect on communities.
Hence we had always had good cordial relationship with host communities where projects are located.
We have dedicated and experienced security personnel who ensure security of lives and assets.
ENVIRONMENT
We pursue the goal of no harm to the environment hence, we leave the environment at the end of our operating in a state suitable for future use.
Also, we manage waste streams generated responsibly through segregation and proper disposal in accordance with ISO 14001 requirement and other applicable legislation.
